Booking confirmation
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment, and a written confirmation from Eighth Heaven Estates. Verbal confirmations or provisional holds do not constitute a binding booking.
Payment
For stays of 1-7 nights, full payment is required at booking. For stays of 8 nights or more, a deposit of 30% is due at booking with the balance payable 7 days before check-in. Payment methods will be confirmed in your booking correspondence.
Cancellation — moderate policy
Cancellations received more than 5 full days before the check-in date will receive a full refund of the accommodation cost minus a processing fee. Cancellations received within 5 days of check-in are non-refundable. Cleaning fees are refunded in full for cancellations made before check-in.
Guest responsibilities
Guests are responsible for the property during their stay and must adhere to the house rules provided at booking. Any damage beyond fair wear and tear will be charged to the guest. The maximum occupancy stated on each property listing must not be exceeded.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in times are stated on each property listing. Late arrivals must be pre-arranged. Check-out must be completed by the stated time. Failure to vacate by check-out time may result in additional charges to accommodate incoming guests.
Force majeure
Eighth Heaven Estates accepts no liability for failure to provide accommodation due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or property emergencies. In such cases, alternative dates or a full refund will be offered.
